This is Ridiculous! What's next? I live in Florida and I ain't buying no stinkin' smurf blue targets. Black ink is cheaper. That's why they use it on newspapers and other crap that will be thrown away. They're targets. You shoot 'em. then you throw them away. You'd like for them to be as cheap as possible...Who comes up with this?
